Kerri Coby White

Kerri Coby White’s journey to becoming a leading law firm consultant isn’t what you’d expect. She didn’t start her career in the legal world—in fact, she began in a middle school classroom, teaching English to gifted students. And while that might seem like a far cry from working with attorneys, Kerri often jokes that the two groups have more in common than you’d think: both are notoriously hard to please and confident they know everything!

What set Kerri apart as a teacher was her ability to inspire her students while remaining laser-focused on results. She didn’t just teach; she measured outcomes, looked for gaps, and adapted strategies to help her students succeed. Little did she know, that same skill set would eventually make her indispensable to law firms across the country.

The Leap to Business Development

After the birth of her third child, Kerri stepped away from teaching and briefly worked in the nonprofit sector, where she met many attorneys. They quickly recognized her knack for solving complex problems and inspiring action. Encouraged by their interest, Kerri decided to carve out her own path, spending just $10 on a business license and launching a freelance business in law firm marketing and business development.

Her early results were impressive. Managing a large marketing budget for one client, Kerri delivered campaigns that looked fantastic on paper—traffic, clicks, and engagement were all up. But it wasn’t long before she realized something critical: clicks don’t equal clients. Marketing success meant nothing if intake—the process of converting leads into clients—was broken.

Revolutionizing Intake with LOOP

Kerri dove headfirst into intake operations, developing a software solution called LOOP to streamline processes and improve conversion rates. The results were game-changing. LOOP helped firms nationwide transform their intake, but Kerri quickly noticed a recurring problem. Many of her clients lacked the strategic vision needed to make those systems thrive.

That’s when she expanded her work, focusing on what she calls the F5T Framework—a comprehensive approach that helps law firms ignite the “flywheel effect,” where effective, consistent actions lead to compounding growth over time.

Teaching, Training, and Transforming Law Firms

Kerri’s work today is as much about teaching as it is about consulting. She trains teams, modernizes intake operations, and works with attorneys to build practices that are more successful, predictable, and manageable. Her passion for data and strategy shines through as she helps firms identify opportunities, address challenges, and create sustainable growth.
As Kerri often reminds her clients, real growth isn’t about flashy metrics or quick wins—it’s about a commitment to deliberate, consistent action over time. With her innovative insights and relentless focus on results, Kerri helps law firms stay competitive while building practices that are future-proof.
If you ask her, she’ll say she’s still a teacher at heart. The classroom may have changed, but the goal remains the same: to unlock potential and inspire meaningful progress.
For law firms ready to take the next step, Kerri is the partner who can make it happen.
